You don't have to spend hours at the gym to lose weight. In just 15 minutes a day, you can effectively flatten, tone, and lose inches from your stomach. But one key point with this exercise is that you must use a weighted hula hoop. I'll tell you why. The added weight makes the exercise much easier. You may think that the added weight would make it harder, but it's not the case. The added weight actually makes the hoop slow down. So, it won't be falling to the ground every 5 seconds.
The hoop will rotate at a speed that makes it possible for you to continue shaking your hips to see maximum results. However you decide to do this exercise, just make a commitment to doing it for at least 15 minutes everyday. You don't have to do it all at once, either. Fit mini-workouts into your schedule if that makes things easier.
Use a mini-trampoline to jump on
